I just rewire my headlights to put h4 xenon bulbs on my 96 I30, but they’re like dimmed... on high they look nice, but the low beam looks very poor an even kind of yellow. What can I do?

Easiest fix, if you want the HID look, is to get an HID kit. They are relatively inexpensive (about $180.) and very easy to install.

depends on your definition of relatively inexpensive. for some of us, relatively inexpensive is about 15$

If you compare the cost of a full HID conversion from Nissan, you're looking at about $600.-$800. So using a stock reflector, and buying the ballasts and bulbs for $200. is relatively inexpensive.

Remember, I'm married, and my wife is the comptroller. So EVERYTHING is expensive to me.
