Low Fuel Gauge Light..Is it easy to get to? Do I have to go

It looks like you can change it out. Though I must be blind, since I don't see an actual "low fuel" warning lamp in this diagram.

My low fuel warning lamp is LED, so you don't see a socket for it in my picture (the first picture you posted). Yours should be an incandescent lamp so when you take your cluster out there should be a lamp socket that you can unscrew and just replace.
