Low boost issues

I have a 1997 180sx typex and lately it has been struggling. I had it dyno tuned and it showed that it was running very lean at 87kw and only 4psi boost. The car has decent mods, including a t28 turbo, hks injectors, hks front mount cooler, 3.5 inch exhaust on an SR20 engine. Anybody know why it could be running such low boost?

check for exhaust leaks, make sure all your piping is tight, and make sure all your boost lines are hooked up right if that dosnt help mabie u have a bad boost controller if u have one or ur turbo is bout to take a s*** on you
