Low Battery Voltage?

What is a good battery voltage range on the CA? With my engine shut off, the volts are around 11.6 When I crank it up, and let it ildle, it goes up to 13.7 or so. ....and at 3500 rpm hwy cruising speed, it's 13.3-13.4. Shouldn't it be 14+ with the engine on?

Upper 13's, to lower 14's running. Mines usually at 13.7-14.1 crusing.

should be right around 12 off, maybe a little over. Voltage regulators tend to give out slowly. You might get your charging system checked.
