Loving this car

Does this happen to anyone else? I was driving home last night in my 3 month old 6MT sedan just listening to the engine and loving the low end torque. All of the sudden I was overcome with admiration for this kickass machine. I love it! :jump

Before this, I drove a '96 Accord 5MT with a whopping 130hp and 139 lbs of torque. I had to floor it to make it move. with the VQ, it's quick under 3000rpm. It's stupid fast after that.

If I ever get bored with it, I'll start tweaking it - I'm thinking S/C. For now though, I don't know what I'd do with more power.

I know it's sappy and contributes little to the forum, but I just had to say it - I love my car.

I've got say I'm right there with ya, man. I don't think I've had that radio on for more than 45 minutes total since I picked up the car...the engine is music enough. Especially now that I'm broken in, and can start to let the tach needle wander to the other side of the 4! :thumbup

Just wait 'til I get the BRM exhaust prototype finished... Talk about loving the sound!!!

p.s. At present, I have the Y-pipe, offroad pipe and V-pipe with resonator - Just don't have the muffler done yet - Coming soon!

Very inspiring posts. I have been planning on getting a '04 CLK55, but I might "settle" for a G35c. I love VQ power and reliability.
