removed cats, put 2 1/2 inch mandrel pipes to a 50 series dual inlet/single outlet flowmaster then a borsal resonator dual tip

that clip was just hoppin on the highway, it sounds grizzly under a bridge

I love how it chirps when downshifting

well if youre in kansas, theres no emissions test

I know alotof people are looking for pre-fabricated systems these days, but altogether i spent about 325 buckaroos, i cant complain! Muffler itself was 125, although there are cheaper/more expensive options, ive always liked the sound of flowmasters for smaller engines. Its virtually the same setup I run in my 98 cobra as well.

lucky, I have the most useless exhaust setup of them all, test pipe then stock exhaust, its my muffled protest to California's emissions regulations.

Seat of pants power yes, but probably not much real world hp gains I didnt do it for the hp increase, just the sound. Couldnt stand a muffled V8

But it lost lowend take off as the exhaust guy said it would, but netted a bigger thrust from 4200-up

Nice, man. I'm thinking about a new muffler, not so sure about getting rid of the cats though. Never know when you might end up in a state with an emissions test. ;-)

Drive behind enough POS gross polluters, and you quickly appreciate the stringent emissions in CA. I fking hate sitting beind a car/truck that I know didn't pass smog, stinky POS'.

Sounds good though.

I feel ya' there. I only spent 3 months there, and it still took me three cleanings to get the film off the inside of my windshield...

sounds sik! Thinking of doing some exaust stuff mods. The local Muffler guy wants to put a cat back 2 1/2 pipe to the rear muffler and completely get rid/replace of the last muffler w/ straight pipes. $450 Not sure if I should do it. Great sounds by the way. I love that under the bridge one, my new fav song
