Just wanted to post to say that I love my Kaaz 2 way and if any of you are looking to buy a differential its an awesome buy. I replaced my driveshaft (with a 1pc steel) and the diff and my car handles totally different. Definitely wants to slide ALL THE TIME but thats why I own this car.

Slightly noisy when making tight turns but nothing too bad she's been getting more and more quiet as I drive on it. Breaking it in was simple, installation was simple, and overall I can definitely feel the difference. I highly recommend this diff. Going to be so much fun when it rains. :D

Here's a few pics. She's dirty but happy to be on the road again. Oh so happy.

Yeah I went directly from an open diff to my Kaaz 2 way. Back in 05? I think. I now have 70K miles and climbing on that same diff, and its been in 4 of my 240's. It still locks up great.

So another +1 for Kaaz.

Yeah this thing locks up nasty quick. I've never driven a car with the kind of throttle response my 240 has right now. The driveshaft and diff make it a whole different drive.

Glad you guys are saying these diffs last because I'm happy to have forked up the cash for it.

I have a Tomei 2 way, but it's made in the same plant as KAAZ. But yes, 2 ways are great diffs. If only more people would man-up and buy them.

So I'm just wondering, what does everyone think of one of these on a daily driver? The only reason I'm asking is because it's hard to find rwd Nissan stuff in junkyards in my area, and I've really contemplated just to buying a Tomei or Kaaz dif. I figure that if I have to go through the trouble of having one shipped, I may as well go big and buy one of these suckers or an hlsd.

I daily mine. In a parking lot when making tight turns you'll get some confused looks from people but overall I really enjoy mine. I havent had it for long though so for longevity you would have to ask one of these guys. I paid 900 bucks for mine. Worth it.

Kewl. My main apprehension has been that one of these would be a little too performance oriented and make driving it on the street a pain in the butt.

I heard HLSDs were badass, haha. They change the way the whole car feels and drives, I want. But they got a nice price tag on them, it IS about the money.

Kaaz diffs are Clutch type LSD's, the S15 has a Helical LSD. CLSD = clutch type HLSD= helical.

I replaced my blown stock VLSD with a one from a J30. Was direct bolt in for S14. I know its not the performer a KAAZ or Tomei is, but for 60 bucks in a junck yard, it locks up just fine lol. Maybe one day when the ever growing list of crap that goes wrong is taken care of, ill have nothing else to replace and will go for the KAAZ.

I have 70K miles and counting on mine. It used to be my daily until I picked up my Z. So worth it. It clunks, but who cares. If your listening to the radio you just will know its working. If your not, then you get crazy stare or questions. But it performs perfectly every time.
