95silviase: I believe louvers are those plastic horizontal slats that you see mounted on the back windows of old camaros and mustangs. I believe mullets are required for their usage. I suggest going with window tint instead. I imagine they make louvers for the 240sx. You can probably get 'em where they sellcurb feelers, yosemite sam mudflaps, oversize wings, chrome exhaust tips, and confederate flag decals.

I looked everywhere for 'em and I don't think they make them. I never thought about getting a good quality tint though... good idea! (I'm a little hollow headed sometimes.)

What the hell do you mean 18% stealth tint?

Where did this stealth come from...

When i get my tint it'll be right on 50% and then i'll have the mirrored effect coming from the bottom

they give names to tints here Freak, we wouldn't want to confuse you canadians though. : )

IE: Generally 5% tint is collectively called, "limo tint."

: )

And you only reached 400+ because your a whore, I think thats the first time that I've seen you actually post a question rather than a comment that has no usefulness. : )

actually I'm just bitter because I found out theres another Midnight Motorsports that isn't nationally recognized, they filed in their state and I didn't think to check Mississippi so now I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to do about it as their website is the same address as mine only minus a dash, which I think will confuse people and cause me no end of problems and I sure as hell don't want to be associated with them. Sigh.

its a diff. type of tint. i can't explain it, its not mirror (which is gay IMO), but its not black really, either. almost like a greyish type silver type tint or sumthin. i don't know, its awesome. better than regualr i think

Something made by 3M im thinking. Get black 20% or so. Chances are 20% is illegal where you live but cops dont care unless you start arguing with them.

Dont get the titanium/mirror tints because they dont do anything at night. They are very illegal in some states and are alright to have in sunny states like Hawaii.

I used to work for a tint shop, and do NOT recommend 3M products for Tint.turns to crap in no time.I would stick with Solar gaurd or Llumar... I have llumar 15% all around on my car, its not TOO dark and of course not light at all :)

I can see at night just fine, and it isn't ghetto by being like Limo.

there is some stuff by Solar gaurd called "quantum" and it is a pretty nice film... will never fade, any film that has metal in it won't fade....film that is dyed will fade over time.

so your mirror tints will not fade (depending on who makes them).

but from my experience, I say go with llumar :)llumar and solar gaurd have lifetime warranties. not from fading...but from the film coming apart or bubbeling (depending if is a good job to begin with.. if who ever installed it did a crappy job.. the shop should fix it...and DON'T be afraid to bring the tint job back if you're not happy with it.. they will more than likely fix it)

my 2 pennies ;)

Better check out how dark you can make the tint before proceeding. Certain states/towns will ticket you if you go too dark.

ok here we go. Mullet, cowboy hat, cb radio, tennis ball on the antenna, chainlink steering wheel, 8 ball shifter, barefoot pedal, air horn, fuzzy dice, beaded seat covers, a RIP Dale ernheart Bumper sticker , big burt renoylds sun glasses, a pair of "The south shall rise again" Boxer shorts, and the peice de resistance. An "I choked linda lovelace" shirt. Then my friends i'd be truely unstoppable. That my friends is an impressive list.

if you have Llumar and it is stealth, I am not sure....but I think I remember some Rep's of Llumar talking something about it.the only thing I can really *maybe* compare it to, would be Solar gaurds "quantum" which under some lights would have purple/green shine to it (kinda)..but out in the sun would have a semi reflective shine to it, but still be greyish and dark at the same time.

was some pretty cool stuff, but I like the black look.

dunno if that helps you at all
