Louisville Streets is putting on a cool event(Ultimate Street Car Challenge) the weekend after the Indy meet for those who can make both.I wont be running the 1/8 or Auto X but I do plan on going to one or maby both to watch. Here are the details on the event.........
The LouisvilleStreets.com Ultimate Street Car Challenge is open to any legally licensed, road-going cars. Required to compete is your vehicle registration and proof of insurance. Your car must also be running DOT legal tires. Nitrous Oxide systems are not permitted during Autocross portion of the Challenge as per the rules of the SCCA. The first stage of the challenge will take place at Ohio Valley Dragway off of Dixie Highway in south Jefferson Co., and will consist of an 1/8th mile drag on Friday, June 27. Autocross competition will take place at the KY Region SCCA Points Event located at the airfield on Fort Knox on Sunday, June 29.
