Louisville area; show me your KA-T

I'm gonna be moving to DC in 2 weeks, and I still havent seen a turbo KA yet. I know theres plenty of Louisville, Cincy, and Bowling Green guys on here and I wanted to take the opportunity to see a KA-T before I leave town. I was hoping someone nearby would be let me take a look under their hood, take a few pics, maybe even go for a ride. I would like to see a S14 since thats what I hope to get, but I'll take anything you can show me.So if any of you can spare some time over the next couple of weeks, and you dont mind a noob drooling on your ride, please drop me line.

hey when you move out to dc if you are looking to get in touch with some 240's out here email me. i dont have the ka-t yet but im hoping this is the summer i get the cash to do it. ill be back in town early to mid june til august. if ya have any transmission experience with the 240 that would be awesome too cause i have a spec stage 3 clutch and flywheel that i want to put in the car when i get back (kinda nervous about pullin the transmission).

^hey kevdog, are you still up at purdue? a couple of my friends are staying up there this summer and ill probably be down there sometime. btw, the transmission isnt too bad to pull off. i would allow a weekend to do it since you havent done it before.

whats going on man. ill be at purdue for maymester.... im at home right now for this week but i go back this saturday. so i guess ill be there from around may 15-june 15 then back to MD for the summer. if you are going to come up definitly email me. i wanna see your car first hand!

Sorry, no KA transmission experience, or 240 experience for that matter! But I wouldnt mind helping any way I could. I can at least hand you the tools...

Once I figure out how far my money goes up there (Gosh, rent is expensive!), I'm gonna enter the official S14 shopping stage. So if everything works out, I could end up with a 240 by the end of the summer!

hey Daniel, did you get the MAF sorted out this weekend??

not really, it will run fine for about half and hour then start messing up. i just ordered a new one because i think mines bad. but i can still drive it just for short trips. let me know if you want to come down this weekend or sometime.
