loud wind noise when using hands free phone

I bought a Nissan Murano Platinum 2018 last month and when I use the hands free phone system the other parties always say it sounds like I'm driving with the windows open. The noise gets louder the faster I drive. The dealer replaced the microphone but there is still that wind noise. Is this common with the Murano?

Which phone carrier are you using?
Have you updated the OS and apps on the phone?
What's the make and model of your phone?
Have you tried using a different phone (preferably a different brand)?
