Loud Whistling Sound

With my top down at speed above about 35MPH, my G37 makes a loud whistling sound. I believe it is coming from the front of the car but it is difficult to tell. There are no loose moldings or any foreign objects that I can find. It is loud and very annoying. Has anyone else had this problem and had it cured? It has been my experience with another car that an improperly sealed windshield may cause this problem. My dealer is 70 miles away and I would like to be armed with some info when I take it in for service the next time.

Also, there is a rattle in the rear of the car which seems like the top hatch cover (the part that covers the folded roof directly behind the rear seats) is the culprit. Anyone else have this problem?

Seems to me that a $50K car should not whistle or rattle.

Do you hear this whistling sound after you let off the gas and notice an immediate loss in pressure? Does it chirp? If so could be turbo

You need following ITB performed on your convertible:
ITB12-003 is for 2009-2011 INFINITI G37 CONVERTIBLE; SQUEAK / RATTLE / BUZZ NOISE FROM ROOF AREA
ITB10-070a is for 2009–2011 INFINITI G37 CONVERTIBLE; WATER LEAK AT WINDSHIELD HEADER AREA
ITB10-005 ALL INFINITI MODELS; DRIVE BELT SYSTEM NOISE DIAGNOSIS
