Loud whining noise from passanger side of engine bay

Well I have yet to pin point this annoyance, it began after I replaced an injector so automaticly I thought it was that but I went threw and listened to each one with a screwdriver but didnt hear it any more and also tryed unplugging each one but there was no change. It almost seems like its behind the fuel rail but it is diffenetly on the passenger side. you can hear it from inside the car but its loudest in the bay. it usually starts several minutes after I start driving kinda like when the car gets warmed up. it some what disapates when I accelerate but then starts right back whining.

If anyone could give me ANY general ideas on where it may be comming from or whats causing it that would be great.

Possible vacuum leak? Is it an auto or manual transmission?

That rules out a front pump whine.Are you sure it is from the rear of the engine?

And nothing impacts it? I mean silly stuff. clutch all the way in? blower motor rattling? maybe a video clip?

Well yeah like I said when I give it gas it goes away for like a second and sometimes the same happens when I put the clutch in, the sound is diffenetly strongest near the back of the motor. I can take a pic of the general area tomorrow.

Almost suggests throw out bearing. but not quite. video. Please. pictures won't help much.
