Loud vibration D21 1993 4x4 5 speed

Hello everyone, I just bought my first d21. I've read a lot about them and have heard about the regular issues. But I haven't come across this yet. When I'm driving the truck at about 3000 rpms to almost 4 there's a loud vibration. As I go past those rpms or under it completely dissapears. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Also the other little thing is at idle the it runs rough but past that it's fine.

Does the vibration matter which gear you are in? Does it vibrate in neutral while coasting?
