Loud Popping noise

My AC makes a loud popping noise whenever it is idle, it happens even when the dar is in drive.

Sounds like it is coming from under the car and not the engine bay, any ideas?

Continuous loud popping sound? Or like one popping sound then it stops until you restart the car?

It happens about every 3 minutes. It doesnt affect the driving or performance of my car but its deffinitley not supposed to happen

Loud popping noises are not supposed to happen - it could be several different things as well...I would consider taking this back to the dealer for them to diagnose and repair.
