The chattering noise you hear is the car idling then you'll hear the hissing grinding noise (at :25) when I put it into gear.

The car drives and has no trouble putting into gear.

When I accelerate, the loud noise goes away. Only when I come to a stop will the noise loud again.

No noise in neutral or park. Only when I put it in Reverse or Drive.

Could it be the belts? I had those replaced a few months ago. Replace Transfluid? Dipstick says its full and looks clean.

I forgot to mention, I had an catalytic converter error code that I drove with for awhile till I get it fixed.

The check engine error light went away minutes before this happened. If that could be related.

Welcome to NICO.

Wow, that's pretty bizarre. Is the rattling noise at idle coming from the passenger side of the engine? It sounds like possibly the timing chain tensioners aren't keeping the timing chain tight. The noise at :25 ...I have no idea. Again, try to pinpoint where the noise is coming from.
