Loud Fan Noise only on startup

I have a 2010 Nissan Rogue, during startup there is a loud fan noise that occurs for a few seconds. It's not thing radiator fan, because the sound is coming from somewhere by the engine. Not sure if it has something with the A/C, which I've been using a lot more lately (Summer time). Any suggestion?

This guy had a noise at start-up and it turned out to be a blend door. And as I posted in that thread, the ABS system can make some weird noises at start-up.

My 2009 has always made a load sound on startup. It sounds like the engine and lasts only a second or two.

I thought it might just be the lifters on this engine.

thanks for the link mpattdu I will have to check if it's related to what setting the vents are set to.

update: Wasn't the blender door for me.

Also, only happens on cold startups
