96 S14 Early Year. KA24DE no mods. 80KEngine Fan is very loud at any RPM. Squeeks at 4.5k plusMy temperature is fine. Idles fine. Headache!!!

sounds like your fan clutch is locked up. it is normal for it to be loud on inital start up and when the car gets very hot. but other wise it winds down and is not so loud. replace the fan clutch and see if that resolves your concerns.

I went and sprayed some WD-40 on the damn thing. Let it soak all day and Whualah! No more HHWAAAHHHHH!!!!! I noticed it started after recent cali rains in LA. I am going to remove it though and add an electric fan soon. Thanks for the reply NISTECH.
