loud buzzing sound from drivers side door when central locking is activated

i have a nissan micra e 04 plate, and the drivers side door makes aloud buzzing sound when i lock the car with central locking. Any idea of why this is happening many thanks

Sounds like a bad actuator for the locking mechanism.
