That's a stock nissan head gasket. Depending on funds i may get an aftermarket one. I'll know once the head is out of the machine shop.

it's the RTV that comes with the nissan gasket set. not sure what color it is or anything but it's got specific instructions in it on how to apply it to the oil pan as well as other surfaces... Pretty cool...

it's the S13 gasket set from Enjuku Right at $300 which is a barget for what you get... It's the only place i could find exhaust valve seals.

i had to get my exhaust valve guides form JWT

heres some notable parts in the gasket set

Head GasketIntake manifold gasketSexhaust manifold gasketvalve cover gasketvalve stem sealsspark plug well gasketsmetal turbo to manifold gasketmetal turbo to dmp pipe gasket

There is alsy everything else you can think of... copper o rings for the oil and water lines, the gasket that goes on the bottom of the turbo exc exc exc... AND it all comes in a factory sealed nissan box!

Sure is... Plug and play standalone... It seems pretty cool from messing with the software and everything.

Quick question on the AEM. Is that the optional wideband O2 sensor? Does it require wiring back to the EMS or does it plug into the exisiting SR20DET harness connector?

The EMS is not running yet. My car is still down from the broken rocker arm.

I bought the AEM with the wideband included. It pluggs right into the EMS and it comes with it's own harness.

Hey man hows it going. The car started right up (once I figured out the fuel lines were backwards )

It's got a boost leak but I should be fixing tha tomorrow. Been working crazy shifts the last couple of weeks. Only had one day off a week.

being a nissan tech i am very interested in the rtv. maybe when you use it compare it to the stock orange rtv? i am just noticing that the tube looks so much different than the stuff nissan has here. i am wondering if the jdm rtv is made by threebond or by permatex as the stuff we get here is.

Are you going to switch over to a map or stay with the maf?You also de3cided if you're going to run boost comp or just a regular map.

The AEM rocks though, I could never get my car running good with z32/safc. Popped the AEM in with a map/ait and sold my greddy profec for a $20 GM boost solenoid. Car idles and runs beautifully. I just love how it controls everything. You don't have to mess with anything. Everything from setting the timing to setting the TPS is all done by the computer, you don't have to get out of the car at all.

The color of that RTV is bright red/orange. I've used it many times rebuilding a few SR's including mine.
