Is your car all stock? How loud was your stereo? Have you had the door panels off before?

The stock speakers will rattle/distort at high volumes with music that has a lot of bass. If you enjoy music at you tend to turn it up you might want to consider taking off the door panels, applying sound deadener to the outer skin to seal up the door and replace the speakers. Some people add a sheet of foam between the door panel and the outer metal skin of the door, but I've never had rattles that made me go that far.

I took my door panels off recently to put new fabric on them. I made a DIY on how to rewrap them, but it always shows how to get the door panels off. It's super easy.

Here's the link,

I use Second Skin deadener with good results. I bought a mix of their products recently. I use the mat on the doors and a mix of liquid, SPL tiles and and mass loaded vinyl mats for the floors. I made the mistake of trying to use liquid on the doors on my last vehicle. It's possible, but you risk getting the liquid on the electric windows track or clogging drains in the doors.

The stuff is heavy and shipping is expensive, so you'll want to only do one order to save yourself some money.
