lost speed

my brakes feel like they are stuck and my car comes to a stop without my brake pedal being depressed, or it feels like the ebrake is on but its not, anybody know why that would happen?

check your brake lines, one could be kinked. This could prevent fluid from returning to the the master cylinder.

drive for a while and feel the rims, if one is specially hot then your brake caliper might be frozen.

im gonna jack it off, im mean jack it up and spin all the wheels and see if they all spin nicely

Ewwwww... I love my Nissan too, but a hand job? I wouldn't even know how to proceed. Maybe rub the gear knob awhile then spray the windshield wash in your face.
