lost power windows door locks after new battery installed

It's 96 Maxima 5 speed.. new battery was installed and now all the power windows, fan, air conditioning, dashboard lights, tail lights don't work. Car starts fine, runs well, had it's alternator replaced two years ago.. does make a slight clicking sound but I don't think that's affecting this issue. Could it be the large 140 amp fuse in the supply fuse box next to the battery that is blown? or other ideas here? Gotta get this issue fixed asap as I drive it at night and need those tail lights to work.

If that fuse is blown, then that's your problem. I would check the owners manual to see if 140 is the correct amperage.
