Lost Only Keys to my Pickup! Key Code????

hi, i lost my damn keys. i have a 1973 lil hustler pickup. is there a key code somewhere on the truck i can give a locksmith? what about the door key? HELP!

Are the doors locked, are you locked out of the truck?  On my 1971 pu, if you were outside of the truck, you had to use the key to lock the doors.
A good locksmith can make duplicate keys by working a blank key in the lock and getting an impression on the blank. 
If the doors are not locked, it is a simple process to remove the plug off the back of the ignition switch, and hot wire the truck so you can drive it to the locksmith, and avoid the housecall charges.

most of the older trucks have codes stamped on the locks themselves...for instance my 521 has it right on the face chrome of the ignition lock...take the code to a locksmith and see if they can help you if not, there is this place in Oz that can make you new keys from the codes:
