Thought you guys would like this , i lost my drivers liscnse today , apperently the eye witness all banded together and told the police me and the other car i was passing were racing ,commander caught this in the police report and pulled my driveing for the next thirty days . going to miss driveing

If it was bad enough i destoryed the infiniti after hitting some ice its another to be told i was racing and a bind blowing experence to have your liscnse pulled because of it , if i fight it they will charge me with destruction of goverment property (me and the tree i hit) and attmped manslaghter of the 3 in the car i passed (or was racing) so i accepted my punishment, but it really sucks that this is happening to me , i didnt do this , i hit some ice and accelerated to try to keep the car from spining , but because there is rumors im always raceing people, everyone just thinks im lieing , nothing like being punished for something you didnt do to help you get over a crash like this and looseing a car one put so much work into ....

they waited till a month after the crash to punish me , all this time they kept saying they werent going to do anything , then BAM .....oh well only 4 more months left in the airforce ......

allstate took the G20 but never paid it off or gave me any money for it , they own the car and im still makeing payments on it and paying insureance on it , so while all this military crap is going on im battleing the insureance company to get my car paid for ......

and im on call this week if the firedept breaks a truck after hours , gonna be a pain to walk the 3 miles there in the -10 degree weather, ice and snow , but the military doesnt care.......

One damn thing after another Stoney!!! I know a little about how you feel. I've had my license revoked SEVERAL times.

It's usually not a big deal, but once it was taken because the DA filed the wrong paperwork after my case had been dismissed. After I was told that I was under suspension, I freaked right out and called every office in the state that I could find to get sme kind of retribution. Long story short, I couldn't drive for 10 days because the state of Maine made a paperwork error, plus I had to go to court TWO MORE TIMES to straighten out the misake and have my record cleared.

They do this! The military is really a strange creature. "Hey Joe, stay in shape but eat this sh.itty food". One of my best friends is an Army Captain and he will be booted from the military if he fails another "tape test". Not a physical training test, but the highly unscientific Army body fat test. For those that don't know, they measure your neck and waist and the ratio is supposed to be your BF measurement in percent. Total BS.

I could go on about everything that pisses me off about the military, but I'll tell you this: If they gave me the chance to go shoot terrorists, I'd go in a heartbeat.

Sorry to hear your CO is such a schiong Stoney.

Welcome to the club, My license is suspended at the moment, 6 months :(

People are morons, everything now is related to racing, can't someone nowadays have a wreck without it being blamed on racing? I miss the days before F&F.

yes i would concider myself very lucky , IF I WAS RACING, but sad part is i wasnt , just passin a guy ....if i was racing i wouldnt be here today , nor would the car i was passing , his car would have spun off right with me , people skid on ice , it happens , but becase of a few rumors about me and the way i drive (due to the car i owned )i was automaticly raceing ....im a man of principal , and the principal of being punished for something i didint do upsets me to a great extent , and being pressured in a way that wont let me fight it makes things a little worse

or did you mean just lucky to be alive ?

Naw man, I mean your punishment is lucky. You have to understand, that when a cop gets a report like yours in his hands, he asks himself a question: "Do I want to screw this guy over really bad, or not?"I'm not saying all cops do their jobs just to screw us over.I'm just saying the consequences of their actions alone can either let us off easy, or ruin our driving career. It really depends on the officer's mood and how he feels about you when he lays down his sentence. You can be going 10 over the limit. Depending on the cop, he can either give you a warning, or decide to tag you for your exhaust, LCD screen on the dash, lowering springs, Z-rated tyres, music too loud, or having a smashed out bulb that he just gave you.
