Lost keyless entry remote!! Now won't start with spare!!!

I can't find my keyless entry remote or my original key, now my vehicle won't start with the spare. Every time i turn the ignition the alarm goes off. What do i do?!?! Please help!!!

I guess your only solution, besides finding the key, is the dealer with your vin# and proof of ownership they can provide a key, which I think has a chip, otherwise you are sol...good luck,,
