Is there a fuse box that I don't know of? I am also having problems with my seatbelts but I know I have a short in the wires AFTER they enter the door so I don't think they are affecting my lights or clock. Any idea?

i dont want to post an update because i feel like an idiot. it was just a blown fuse. i was pulling it with a fuse puller and looking at it and the fuse puller was covering the melted spot, was just a tiny little piece melted. well all is okay now.
