Lost intelligent key

OK, so I'm fairly certain my wife threw away one of our intelligent keys to her 2015 Rogue, leaving us with only one. I called the dealer and they want $185 for the intelligent key and another $85 to program it. Dang, that's $270!!! Is it worth the risk of buying one off eBay and taking a chance? Or should I just work on saving the $$$ over the next month and going to the dealer? Thanks.
