Lost car key

Hi there I'm New to the forum thanks for having me I have a Q60 18 plate and i v lost one of the keys iv tried some local key cutting places and being told that to get a replacement key that I'll have to go to the main Dealer as the car can shut down now that Infinity are out off Britain has anyone got any help thanks John

I am also new.
if you have a google of Infiniti UK, some of the nissan garages are now also service centres for Infiniti. Mine in Bristol are super helpful although a bit frustrated with infiniti.

That's true pretty much worldwide. Nissan and Infiniti dealers have always used the same Consult tools, and Nissan dealers can access Infiniti documentation and firmware by way of ASIST. Programming a new key should be no problem.

Hi all just a up date on the car key went to Macklin Moters in Glasgow they go me a key fob and programed it to the car they say that they have all the equipment from Infinity when they closed so no problem cost £165 so all good thanks to the forum

I've spare my key from a this autopro locksmith when i lost car key. They still provides great services to their customers.
