I tried and I couldn't get it. I put my car in "On" mode. I held each window button down for 5-10 seconds and when I turned my car on, I got nothing. I had success with the sunroof though.GQM45s wrote:that tends to happen alot when you remove the battery, I would think there would be a small battery to memorize those features. But to set those back up again - turn your system to the On position - do not turn on the engine.
Press and hold the windows button down for about 5 seconds on each button to set the auto back up
Had success with my first try, thanks again.pedsemdoc wrote:Same thing with the sunroof. Open all the way and then close it, I know it seems like you have to push the switch about 20 times for it close all the way. When it finally closes, then you hold the switch in the closed position for about 10 seconds or longer (first time I had to do it, I thought I held it the closed position long enough, but it didn't work, so had to do it all over again), and then it should act correctly.
That is correct.Six_Legs wrote:I believe you have to hold the button in the UP position for 5+ seconds on each window once it's rolled up, not the DOWN position.
Yup, it worked. Thanks guys.ezb57e wrote:That is correct.Six_Legs wrote:I believe you have to hold the button in the UP position for 5+ seconds on each window once it's rolled up, not the DOWN position.
Options are nice to have...agee wrote:One would think these would be the default behaviour of the systems, instead of the exception.
