lost alarm keypad!!!!!

ok i was riding my bike and my keys fell out of my pocket..so i lost everything(house,work,car)..i had a spare set for my truck but no keypad...how do i go about getting a new keypad...and also my sister had a 02 pathfinder..she sold it but i still have a spare keypad from her truck..is there anyway i can program her keypad(02 pathfinder) to my truck(97 qx4)??...thanks in advance ..and also is there anyway i can use this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW
