Loss of power

My wife has a 07 hatchback and is allways complaining that she doesn't have the power that it use 2 have. she has about 70,000 miles on it.what could be the reason that she has less power. - It use 2 get up and go but i think she is right it doesn't get up and go like it use 2. please help me get her off my back... lol ... thanks

Have you guys kept it maintained pretty well? Oil Change, Tune ups and what not?

at 70 k we haven't changed anything like spark plugs but have always changed oil and air filter reg.

she also complains of a ticking sound that seems to have been getting louder.

im @ almost 50k and can't say i have any loss of power that i notice?

but the ticking noise, i hear when the engine is cold and i think we have established that this is "normal", but it goes away once the car is warmed up

Wht power are we talking about? oooh you mean the versa has power to begin with???
