my car has started to show a break up in power when im on full throttle around 4500rpm to 6000rpm. when this happens back smoke sputters out the back. soooo i thought it was just the spark plugs, i got some new ones and gapped them down to .022..it still broke up...i bought a new cap and rotor, still the same. my wires are semi new, i also have an msd blaster coil. could this problem be caused by a bad maf (n60 soldered to harness), or wrong fuel pressure (my fpr is screwed, it reads around 50-60psi at idle)..........could heat be messing with my sparkplug wires as well? any suggestion will be greatly appreciated..thanks

50-60 psi at idle is crazy high. I can only imagine how high it is under vacuum. I would guess that you are putting more fuel into the cylinder than the plugs can ignite. Thus the unburt fuel coming out of the back.

My friend has this on his s14 and it works great. After doing some research, Megan gets their FPR's from the same manufacturer as these EBAY companies.

You will need this to make it work though.

Yes. The EBAY kit comes with a "universal" adapter but it doesn't fit.

Yeah, he actually had the same problems but it was not enough fuel. He loves it, he has had it for probably 7-8 months and has had absolutely no problems, and It also looks really good.
