loss of power help?

alright guys my SE-R runs awsome BUT somtimes it will kinda "lag" between 2000 and 3000 RPM, its almost like when u drive your car up a hill and it kinda bogs, its like... it wont rev freely like it normaly does.. sometimes it works perfect and it goes away then other times it acts up, it bogs more then it works right tho.. no check engine light is on or anything so the car thinks its running fine.. what do you think the problem is? im changing the oil tomorrow, but its pritty clean.. im thinking about spraying carb cleaner down the intake area (while the car is off, duh ) but besides that i dont really know whats up with it.... also who makes a good clutch for my car? (1996 200SX SE-R)

Trying cleaning your EGR tube that leads to the throttle body.

If you have an unmodified or just slightly modded sr20, any clutch will work fine.

Try cleaning the throttle body and plate with throttle body cleaner and rag
