KA24DEOk i just did a OBDII to OBDI swap with this KA. When the KA was in the 96' 240, everything was fine. No bogging issues, no leaks, anything.

The problem is:

When i am going up hill, with my foot on the pedal the same exact way it was before i started going uphill... About 2 times, it will seem like it falls off. Meaning... It'll bog kind of, but only for a second... Like the car isn't getting power for 2 seconds. It only does this up hill. Sometimes it'll do it whenever i shift at a certian rpm.... But not all the time.

I used all the things needed to OBDII to OBDI swap.. Im sure most of you know what that is.. I have searched for vacuum leaks, or any disconnected hoses in the back of the motor, and nothing. Everything was put in right, only because, the KA turned over on the 3 try after the swap. The kid that helped(did most of it, no im not ashamed, i had to learn!) was the FSM to KA's.

I haven't cleaned the IAVC... Would that cause that small bog uphill? And right when i shift into gear at a certian RPM or while cold? The engine did nothing like this before the swap, so it has to be some part i've put on/the car itself, after the swap. I've cleaned the system with Throttle Body cleaner throughly.

Anyone else experiancing this?
