Crazy, luckily it is not the brake pedal. You are the one with the high mileage, I think I am going to sell mine when it hits 100K.Driving Instructor wrote:Has anyone had issues with loosing the gas pedal?
This is not my first time that this has happen. It's like the computer looses conection with the gas pedal. I have to restart the car and we are good to go. No specific thing to trigger it off. So I am concerned and I would like ot know if it happened to anyone else.
I had it in to the dealer and they said not much. But if it is happening to more then just me, then I will approach them as this needs to be addressed!
Let me know.
have you tried reading the ECU and TCM using consult II or III?Disphunktion wrote:I had the same situation twice with my car and Im at 19000km. Went many time to the dealer and they couldn't find anything. Called Nissan Canada and they said they couldn't do anything.
So many issue with this car, worst car I have ever owned.
How much did that cost you or is it considered under 5yr warranty?Driving Instructor wrote:they actually ordered me a new TPS. Hope that takes care of it.

They also need to change the shifter as there is a broken wire or something and the OD button does not always work.....
A good thing for GREAT customer service from my dealer! lol
