I just swapped the original injectors with new style 740cc units, the car started right away and smoked for about 15 mins, once it warmed up the idle was loping between 400rpm and 1000, almost like a vac leak but I triple checked all the hoses etc (also used carb cleaner to search) the one thing I noticed is that there is a buzzing sound right before the rpms go down, I can't pin point the source but it seems like its near the fpr, I did NOT change the fpr could that cause the messed idle, also the spark plugs came out very sooty and black. I tested the fpr by unplugging the vacuum hose but did not see any gas, though it did seem to correct the idle temporarily...I'm thinking fpr as the main culprit any other ideas?

Did you have your ECU tuned for the 740s?

Awesome. You won't regret the Selin. It's awesome! Just remember to adjust your IACV. People complain about it wanting to stall when coasting, and say you need the flowerpot mod, but simply setting the IACV correctly fixed it. Post up pics once installed!!
