yeah so i put on an HKS SSQV BOV with stock piping on the hot pipe side and now im boosting only 0.4 Bar when i use to boost 0.7 Bar with the stock Bypass Valve. What could this Be? Could it be the HKS BOV? I still have the stock Bypass Valve on but i disconnected the vacume hose to connect it to the HKS. Also, what can i do to keep the HKS on and boost 0.7 Bar again without adding a boost controller or something like that??

Man... I LuV this Form! You Guys are great help! THANKS!!

First thing I would do is remove the stock bypass valve. They have a tendency to leak. Second, if you are running the SSQV on a the stock hot pipe, what did you do weld the flange on? If you did, make sure there aren't any pinhole leaks/cracks on the welds. Might want to double check all couplings as well.

If you have it on there using a flange, 1st make sure you put on the gasket LOL! Or make sure it is tightly on there

The stock valve will leak if the vaccum hose isn't hooked up. It uses the pressure to keep it closed. You have two options, remove the stock valve and plug the hole somehow or tee into your existing BOV line and run a second line to the stock valve(running lines to both valves).
