whats goin on guys, i went to the track last nite, i know something is wrong with the car but dont know what, i need opinions and suggestions on what i should check and do. car ran good, it bakes 2nd gear and hits 3rd hard, but now it just barely burns 2nd and just lite chirp on 3rd, but any way. on my 2nd run i felt it die and when i put it in 2nd the rpms would just bounce up and down. 3rd run it ran better but i noticed my boost was fallling. i have the boost set on 11. so today i took it for a ride today to see what the hell is wrong with it. i normally get full boost at 2500-3000 rpm due to my custom short intercooler piping and custom intercooler. but i dont get full boost any more. even on 5th gear boost goes up quick but now it shoots to 8.

so i noticed this today. while i was flooring it 2nd and 3rd gear the boost went to 10 and started dropping. and also i felt a little sluggin in it, like it would feel sloppy. the motor its self is stock. has stock t25. but i got my custom turbo back exhuast, custom intercooler and piping, fuel pump, electric fan.

i also noticed my turbo is white instead of that brown color. could it have a crack in the cast iron part of it? fins gone bad? is it seizing? what do i need to do to fix this problem.

im in south jersey if any 1 is close by and whats to see it or drive it and let me know what could be wrong.

thanx for the help for who ever repliesDan

Boost leak or you have an exhaust leak before the turbine.

Regular ol' rubber vacuum line works fine

Check anything that metered air goes through.

lol, i wish my car ran a 14.3 last summer it ran a 15.49. come to find out my first coupler comming out of the turbo was brunt and leaking a lot. and i had a bad o2 sensor and the turbo was on its way out. well the track opens in 2 and a half weeks and my car should be ready...
