Loose wire harness?

hi, i was looking under the wheel well guard on the passenger side of my S14 and i see a loose harness. I see that one goes to the passenger side marker light, and the other is to the wind shield squirter tank. and a third on is loose .. does anybody know what that other wire goes to or does it have any use?

any info would be apprecieated.
