Loose Rear View Mirror

transmission -- AOK. Sensors -- AOK. Injectors -- AOK. But that damned rear view mirror on the '95 Q is loose and I cannot see how you get in to tighten it up. I'm sure someone knows. There has to be a pop-off to a screw there somewhere. Right? ... Right?

Also, I'm sure its me, but why is the password I used yesterday (any day) always invalid the next time I want in? The re-registering shtick gets old. Am I missing a prompt that permanently validates the password. And while I'm at it, how do you re-set the computerized jibberish password I get -- every time - with something I can remember?
