Upon a random inspection, I notice the bolt closest to the front of the engine is completely gone! Then the second one is like half out! The 3rd and 4th ones looks as if they're tightened down. I couldnt get the heat shield off a while ago, but I'll try again tomorrow or so.

Any idea why this would happen? My engine mounts are bad (engine vibrates side to side and my mechanic accidnetly moved the engine up a bit with his arm while trying to take off my starter from up top) so would this just be from excess movement? The exhaust holder thing (at the end of the stock downpipe) vibrates too, and makes a loud rattling noise, but its also been spot welded [to fix the problem ] I dont need to replace the gasket do I?

I'd have to use OEM bolts right?

Or whatever fits w/ a properly high grade stainless steel bla bla bla.

I got my replacements from dantech. Just makes things easier for me.

Any exhaust movement will put alot of load on the connecting sections.
