Good news guys. I've just been offered a 09 navy blue Maxima for... Get this... $26,450!! ($2,000+ under invoice) Courtesy of Rosie Puelma @ Stadium Nissan. If all goes well then I most likely will be getting this vehicle and not the WRX.

Now... If I do get the Maxima, I will be modding it as I did before. Can anyone with serious work done to their vehicles recommend a shop to do my future mods? The 7th gen Maxima looks like it is very tunable. I want to try a different shop this time around.

The 2010's already on the lots. And most of all, I think she realizes that I use Edmund's like the Bible. Ken @ Cerritos Nissan obviously didn't want to take Edmund's pricing seriously and wanted me to pay $ 29,4. Needless to say, I thanked him for his time and that was the end of that.

Speaking of Cerritos, I want to put in a good word for David Baker of Cerritos Infiniti who tried to help me get into a G37 lease a month ago. Even though in the end I couldn't qualify, he was very cool and up-front about it.

Nothing. That's the beauty of it. The Maxima comes pretty well-equipped as a base model. All the packages are flashy and I can probably install most of the stuff after-market... So, just the way I like it . When I bought the A/c, I didn't even want the convenience package but all the cars came wrapped that way, so I took it.

The New Maxima is nice, spacious, and quick.... however, it still has the same limitations as the A/C performance wise.... even more so since the Maxima ONLY comes available with a CVT... but nice upgrade!

i agree, whats the big deal about leather? suede i understand... but leather isnt that much more comfy to me over cloth

Nah... That's a sweet ride though. Mine's an 09 minus the body kit and in navy blue. I'll probably try to drive it stock until the warranty runs out. The exhaust and intake noise are just too sweet to keep my speed in check. A post of my new baby will ensue.
