Good price - Ebay or yahoo Japan, but they will all be used though.

I would suggest coilovers instead of lowering springs. You can pick up a set for around $600-700 whereas springs would run you about $300. If you do decide to put springs DO NOT go with Teins because they weren't made for the V8 chassis rather for v6 (about 200-300 lbs weight difference) You want the ones that were designed for FGY33 or FGDY33 chassis.

As for the headlights, don't know. I don't remember if I've ever seen halo headlights for Y33, I recall seeing something like halo but don't remember exactly and it was from some Japanese hangout or something which leads me to believe you wont find something like it in the States. Good luck on the rest of it though.

Thanks for the information. I didn't even think to use EBay Japan. What aftermarket exhaust system should I go with? And what coilovers would you recommended?

There was only one aftermarket exhaust system by Stillen that I know of...the Megan's were out there an several people used them. Also Insurance, but I have not seen them for only $600 bucks, so if you find them for that price grab them.
Note, the Tein springs work JUST FINE I have had them on my car for over 6 years without a single issue, they never bottom, are stiff as you need......that is a wives tale....that said I had to buy KYB SR Specials imported from Japan to go along with them and given how much that cost me I would probably consider coil overs.

But if you do this be aware that you're going to be lowering a very long and large car and as such many times speed bumps will crush you (or you the middle of the car will bottom out regardless of how slow you go over it). So if you live in an area with crappy roads, keep that in mind.

As for LED etc, most people have not chosen not to spend that kind of money for such an old car.......but hey, it's your money. I have arrived at the "I am done with any enhancements to my car" and plan to buy either a GS Lexus or M36 Hybrid in 2014-15 time frame.
