What im looking for:

About 275 to 300 HP, Im looking for a performance part dealer that makes some kind of kit including turbo - fuel pump - injectors - meaby a exhaust manifold. But im looking to change the minimum of parts. What kind of HP will i be looking at if i only change turbo and injectors ?? And BTW im not looking for any e-bay parts.

I just did the swap on my 240, I got a rb25de and added the turbo after the swap. The stock non turbo had 157 whp, after adding a slightly larger than the stock turbo from the rb25det I ran about 250 whp on stock boost as ~6psi. 300hp at 16psi. As long as you have a decent intercooler and you get someone to tune the thing, it shouldn't be hard to get those numbers you want. The cluster is the only problem left un resolved, I would also upgrade your radiator to avoid heating issues on the iron block.

Ok. Yea, there have been many "I want 300whp out of my relitively stock rb25" threads" so it shouldn't be hard to find some more info.

So pretty much you got what you need, besides your missing the Greddy Intake Manifold.

As well, don't run 16psi on your rb25 turbo, it'll see better days, search and you'll find out.

You'll also need the proper surrounding items such as cooling, clutch, etc.

You won't need to change out your turbo manifold either. If you want more power or a more reliable power source than your maxed out rb25 turbo, switch to a GT3071R and some 550cc or better injectors. Should do you pretty good for any future hp increases later on.

Don't worry too much about anything else since with a proper tune and good monitoring will keep that baby together.

Let me know if you need help sourcing any of that crap.

Good luck

Rebuild turbo if it has ceramic blades and you can turn the boost up with no issues. The only limitations the stock rb turbos have are the blades and side mount intercooler.
