looking to transmission swap

What I'm wanting to do is find a transmission that has slightly taller gears than the stock thats in my '95. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be able to work with the KA?

I'm looking for higher speeds in lower gears, and possibly lower RPMs. I know i could just find taller gears that would work in the rear diff, but what would that do for lowering the RPMs of the engine?Or would it make a difference either way i go?
