I'm not sure. Do you know the measurements for the wheel? Offset? If you know that, it's easy to figure out. I can't find any details on what the offset is on those wheels, though.

You're talking about the 8-spoke wheels, right?

i doubt you'll need a spacer at all. why don't you take your stock wheel off, put the new one on and see if it fits without touching anything.

Unfortunately, I doubt this is accurate.

The stock OEM 2006+ M wheels are 47 and 50mm offsets (depending on whether you have the 18" or 19" wheels). If you can make them fit on another Infiniti or Nissan without spacers, I would be extremely surprised! These stock rims will contact suspension components all too easily, I think.

So, in most other Nissan/Infiniti cars, you will need a 10 to 25mm spacer (depending on car and how "flush" you want it, etc.), and that is horribly large IMHO ... your opinion may vary! I think it is better to sell those OEM wheels and get something that is a better fit for your car without spacers!

Stock OEM M wheel info is in the Basic Specification stickies in the M35/45 forum (link is in my sig).

i thought the bigger the offset the deeper the center of the wheel sits, so it might stick out more - but i'm not a specialist so nobody quote me

but doing simple math...my tires are 245mm, stock se are 215mm so i have 30mm+ with 40mm offset and they fit perfectly. that's why i thought his oem's should fit no prob. you're saying they're 18 or 19"...yeah, i was wrong because a tall wheel will hit the shock on the front with a taller sidewall - mine are low so they fit just right.

but like szhosain said - get aftermarket - they'll look better.

Unfortunately, no. But, it does depend on the sign of the offset too - i.e., whether it is positive or negative offset, of course! Wheels for Nissan and Infiniti generally have positive offset numbers.

Since the hub where the wheel mounts does not move in relation to the car, the large positive offset (in this case of the 2006 M35/45 wheel) means that the center-line of the wheel sits more inwards (i.e., away from the fender) than a lower positive offset, and hence will contact the suspension components all too easily, IMHO.

See http://www.nicoclub.com/tech/wheel-tech.shtml for more information.

The best solution, yes.
