Hey guys I'm looking into buying a 07 infiniti G35 Sport and I took a look at the title but the title states only 07 infiniti G35 but it doesn't say it's sport. How can I tell it's a legit Sport?

Welcome to NICO!
I think these line items are the differences from the base and sport model:
-Viscous Limited Slip Differential
-18-in Wheels
-Paddle Shifters
-Larger Brakes
-Unique Front Fascia and side sills (couldn't tell you what it looks like)
-Front Sport Seats with thigh extension and power torso/thigh
-Steering Wheel Stitching
-Aluminum Pedals

The easiest item to find is the 18" wheels, assuming they're stock. You can also take the vin number and call you insurance company. They should be able to tell you, too.

^^ +1

But...you can't really see the VLSD and the larger brakes on the '07 look the same as the base brakes. The easiest is paddle shifters, but even those can be added. The Sport sedans also had 2-tone door panels like this one and the sport seats had the thigh pull-out section as shown as well:
