looking to maintenance, suggestions?

hello everybody, since i've bought my z i havent done any heavy maintenance on it. i've only changed the ecu, and tightened the fuel clamps. i get my check in a few days and im looking for some advice. for changing the spark plugs on a 1990 300zx na, exactly what spark plugs should i purchase?
and as for the air filter what brand?
any suggestions are appreciated, thanks everybody!

For an NA, you want these EXACT spark plugs:

They are $55 per set. No, the auto parts store will NOT have them, they never do. They will try and sell you something else.

Do you have the stock air box? Or a cone filter? For a regular air filter (with the stock air box), any good brand will work... K&N, Wix, Denso, etc.

Also, how many miles are on your car? You might be up for a timing belt service, they are required every 60k miles.
