The question is always WHEEL STRENGTH when fitting wheels from lighter cars to heavier cars. How well the wheels stay perfectly laterally and radially true under heavier impact conditions.

Most oem as fitted wheels barely stay in spec for warranty period if you drive sedately and carefully.

Thanks q45tech, you pointed out something that I did not eve nthink about. not sure If I shoudl go ahead with the purchase of these now. I doubt these can carry the weight of the f50...I do not want to have a dangerous situation on my hands

If the wheels are forged, they probably are strong enough. Look for a strength rating on the inside.

The one critical piece of tire information you omitted is load capacity. The F50 rquires an OEM minimum rating of 94. I doubt the 8" rim width will allow you to mount a 19" tire of sufficent load capacity and permit it to assume the correct profile. Proabably need at least 9" rim width for such a low profile to meet ~26" OEM diameter.

ok a little more research shows that the OEM 19's have a load index rating of 94 (1477) in the rear and 89 ( 1279lbs) in the front

so total load carrying capacity would be 5512lbs. The car weighs 3800lbs, does that meand the despite the higher total load carrying capacity ,the front with an 89 load index would be dangerous to put on the car? Thoughts?
